On the 20th of July, Compass Tech Asia launched the Homeland Security (HLS) division of their company.  Compass Ventures General Group CEO, Mr. Moshe Kamar participated at the event which was hosted at an executive seminar at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel. The guest of honor at the event was The Hon. Ruwan Wijewardane, State Minister of Defense. Other notable dignitaries included the Secretary of Defense, Eng. (Mr.) Karunasena Hettiarachchi, Chief of Defense Staff, Air Chief Marshal K A Gunatilleke, and Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra C. Wijegunaratne.

The seminar focused on real-time intelligence and the efficient utilization of funds within a defense budget, and presented a range of technologies from Compass’s portfolio.

David Tsur, Advisory Board, Compass Homeland Security and Rear Admiral (Retd.) Noam Feig, Advisory Board, Compass Homeland Security presented the unique solutions of Israel.
